The Eaton 250SL195A is a Detroit Locker rear differential designed for heavy-duty applications using the AAM 11.5" axle with 30-spline shafts. It provides full locking capability under torque, ensuring both wheels receive power even when one loses traction, yet allows automatic unlocking during turns for smooth handling. This makes it suited for towing, off-road, work trucks, or any situation where traction under load is critical.

It directly replaces stock rear differentials in compatible vehicles such as Chevrolet Silverado / GMC Sierra 2500HD & 3500HD (2001-2019), Dodge / Ram 2500 / 3500 (2003-2019), C3500HDs, and similar trucks with AAM 11.5" housing. All gear ratios are supported, and the differential is built robustly with a steel carrier and 1.55-inch axle shafts and standard ring gear bolts (14-bolt cover in many cases). Please verify your axle housing (radius, cover bolt count, etc.) before purchase. Fitment through 2019 confirmed. Fitment for newer model years up to 2025 is unconfirmed.
