Product Description

The Eagle CRS5137S3D-1 is a singular replacement connecting rod designed for Subaru's EJ-series engines (EJ20 & EJ25) used across many Impreza, WRX, STI, Forester, Legacy, Baja models from ~1990 through ~2019. Built for performance, this rod is forged from 4340 steel, has an H-beam profile, and is fully machined and shot-peened for consistency in strength and balance. The rod is bushed to accept a full-floating wrist pin, making it suitable for high-power turbocharged builds as well as naturally aspirated use where precision and durability are critical.

When replacing a rod, matching all rods in the rotating assembly for weight and geometry is important; this single rod is intended as a replacement or for partial upgrades.
