Fitment Notes

• Compatible with all 2021-2023 Ford F-150 trim levels and all factory headlamp configurations - halogen, LED reflector, and LED projector - without requiring FORSCAN, a module, or any reprogramming. USDM (United States domestic market) models only.
• These headlamps do not support the factory glare-free high beam (Matrix/ADB) function. The Elite Max model (DD5167) includes Adaptive Low Beam Assist as an alternative feature to supplement low beam performance in place of ADB.
• Fitment is confirmed on the standard-cab, SuperCab, and SuperCrew body styles.
• Compatible with trucks equipped with either factory halogen or factory LED headlamps - no trim-specific adapter or wiring modification required.
• Not confirmed for CDM (Canadian domestic market) or other international market F-150 variants.

The Diode Dynamics DD5167 Elite Max LED Headlamps are a complete LED headlamp assembly replacement engineered specifically for the 2021-2023 Ford F-150, and are the only aftermarket headlights for this generation F-150 that are fully designed, engineered, and assembled in the United States. These headlamps replace the factory halogen, LED reflector, or LED projector headlamps on any 2021-2023 F-150 trim level with no FORSCAN, module programming, or dealership reprogramming required - the harnesses are plug-and-play with the factory connector. Each housing features two modern rectangular bi-LED projectors per side, producing nearly double the peak intensity of the factory premium projector units, with a sharp horizontal cutoff line, strong center hot spot, and wide lateral coverage that dramatically improves nighttime visibility distance and width compared to stock.

Beyond raw output, the DD5167 Elite Max adds a full suite of intelligent lighting features not available from the factory on any F-150 trim. The premium blade-style DRL is selectable between cool white (6000K) and amber - and the horizontal accent bar can be added or removed - entirely from inside the cab using existing vehicle controls with no external switches or wiring. When the turn signal is activated, the DRL bar sequences outboard in amber for a modern sequential animation before returning to the selected DRL state. A welcome sequence animates the DRL optics gradually on each startup.
