Fitment Notes

• Fits the Honda Civic Si (K24Z7) only - does not fit non-Si 9th Gen Civic trims which use different fuel systems
• Fits the Acura ILX with the 2.4L K24Z7 and 6-speed manual transmission only - does not fit the 2.0L automatic or 1.5L hybrid ILX variants

Product Description

The DeatschWerks 9-401-607-7042 is a complete DW400 fuel pump module with CPE stainless steel braid return plumbing kit, engineered as a direct drop-in replacement for the factory fuel pump module in the 2012-2015 Honda Civic Si (9th Gen) and the 2013-2015 Acura ILX equipped with the 2.4L K24Z7 and 6-speed manual transmission. This kit converts the factory returnless fuel system to an externally regulated return-style setup, requiring a return fuel line from the regulator back to the tank as part of installation. All OEM tank and electrical connections are preserved for a clean installation.

The included CPE stainless steel braid lines, DW pressure regulator, DW fuel filter, and DW fuel pressure gauge provide everything needed to complete the regulated return fuel system conversion. At 415lph, the DW400 pump provides substantially more fuel flow capacity than the factory module, making this kit ideal for K24Z7 builds running turbo or supercharger setups that have exceeded stock pump capacity. A 10-gauge hardwire kit (PN: FPHWK-10-HD, sold separately) is strongly recommended to ensure maximum pump voltage and performance.
