Cast from DBA's proprietary XG150 high-carbon alloyed iron, this rotor handles repeated high-heat braking cycles without warping or cracking where standard rotors fail. DBA's Thermal Stability Profiling process subjects each rotor to controlled heat cycling before machining to relieve internal casting stresses and maximize fatigue resistance. The patented T3 tri-symmetrical CNC-machined curve slots provide additional outgassing exit points for brake pad friction gases while dampening vibration harmonics for a quieter, more responsive pedal feel.
