Product Description

The DBA 52910.1S is a 5000 Series T3 slotted replacement rotor ring engineered for the front two-piece rotor assembly on 2015-2020 Dodge Challenger and Charger SRT Hellcat and SRT 392 models. Built from XG-150 high carbon alloyed iron, this ring replaces just the friction surface of a two-piece rotor setup, allowing the aluminum hat to be reused while restoring the rotor's braking surface.

Every ring goes through DBA's Thermal Stability Profiling process, which subjects the iron to controlled heat cycling to relieve internal stresses from manufacturing and improve resistance to fatigue and surface cracking under repeated heavy braking. Thermo-Graphic Heat Paint markings are applied to the ring so temperature thresholds can be visually tracked, helping identify when pad selection or driving style needs adjustment.
