Product Description

The CORSA Performance 21152 is an Xtreme sound level cat-back exhaust system with dual rear exit designed for the 2021-2025 Ford F-150 equipped with the 5.0L Coyote V8 engine in the SuperCrew cab with 6.5-foot bed (157.2-inch wheelbase) configuration. This is CORSA's loudest and most aggressive exhaust offering for the F-150 5.0L platform, delivering up to 19 dB of additional sound over the factory exhaust with an aggressive cold start note, extreme tone improvement under acceleration, and a noticeable increase in in-cab volume for an engaging driving experience - all while CORSA's patented RSC® No Drone Technology eliminates the monotonous cabin drone at highway cruising speeds.

The system features a straight-through 3.0-inch 304 stainless steel design with mandrel-bent tubing and CORSA's twin crossover double helix X-pipe that replaces the factory Y-pipe and resonators. This resonator-delete design eliminates the primary flow restrictions in the factory exhaust, resulting in up to a 93.2% increase in exhaust flow over stock - a dramatic improvement that frees up measurable horsepower and torque from the 5.0L Coyote V8. The system also saves 17 lbs compared to the factory exhaust, contributing to slightly improved acceleration and handling response. The dual rear exit configuration routes the exhaust to single 4.0-inch polished straight-cut tips positioned behind the rear bumper for a clean, aggressive appearance.

Installation is a complete bolt-on process with no cutting or welding required - the system connects at the factory catalytic converter flange and uses the existing exhaust hanger locations. Note that this system does not fit F-150 Lariat models equipped with the Black Appearance Package, and the dual rear exit configuration is not recommended for significantly lowered trucks.
