Product Description

The Clevite MS2034P is a P-Series main bearing set built for the 1994-2003 Ford/Navistar 7.3L Powerstroke DI Turbo Diesel V8, using Clevite's Tri-Metal TM-112 construction with a steel back, intermediate copper-lead alloy layer, and electroplated lead-tin-copper overlay. As the oldest series in Clevite's high performance lineup, P-Series bearings are full grooved to maximize oil flow and built with a high crush rating for maximum retention under demanding loads.

A reduced overlay thickness prevents the fatigue commonly called "hen tracking," while increased eccentricity narrows the bearing contact pattern and boosts oiling to the rod bearings -- directly addressing the polishing, smearing, and discoloration that signal rod bearing oil starvation. The Tri-Metal design's increased load capacity makes this a genuine upgrade path from standard Bi-Metal bearings, capable of withstanding up to 60% higher loads.

Ideal for engine rebuilds anticipating more demanding use, whether heavy duty towing, motorsports, or serious street performance. Clevite's pedigree speaks for itself -- the brand has been present in every NASCAR champion car since 1948, a testament to the quality and dependability behind every bearing they produce.
