The Carli Suspension AS-FRAD-05 Radius Arm Drop Brackets are precision-engineered components designed to restore correct front suspension geometry on 2005-2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty 4x4 trucks equipped with a 4.5-inch front lift. When a Super Duty is lifted, the radius arm angle changes, causing poor steering behavior, increased vibration, and accelerated wear on suspension and driveline components. The Carli drop brackets reposition the radius arm pivot point 4.5 inches lower, returning the arm to its proper operating angle and eliminating the vague, wandering steering feel that plagues many lifted trucks.

Built to the highest standards, these brackets are fabricated from 1/4-inch steel plate that is laser cut for precision, CNC bent for consistency, and expertly MIG welded for lasting structural integrity. A black powder-coat finish provides long-term protection against rust and corrosion, even in the harshest off-road environments. The fully bolt-on design means no cutting, drilling, or permanent modifications to the frame are needed, making installation straightforward for both professional shops and experienced home mechanics.

Please note that AS-FRAD-05 is the bracket component only and does not include the crossmember that is part of the full CS-FRAD-05 kit. These brackets are commonly included as a component in Carli's complete 4.5-inch Super Duty suspension systems such as the Pintop, Backcountry, Dominator, and Commuter packages. They are compatible with all gas and diesel engine options across the 2005-2016 Super Duty range, including the 6.0L, 6.4L, and 6.7L Powerstroke diesels as well as the 5.4L Triton and 6.2L Boss gas V8s.
