Fitment Notes

The Carli Suspension CS-DLRC-10-D Linear Rate Front Coil Springs are purpose-built for 2010-2013 Ram 2500 and 2010-2012 Ram 3500 4WD trucks equipped with diesel engines. These coils deliver 2.75 to 3 inches of front lift depending on cab configuration, creating a leveled stance while dramatically improving ride quality over both the factory springs and generic spacer lifts. The linear rate design maintains a consistent spring rate from full droop to full compression, providing a smooth and predictable feel through the entire suspension travel range - up to 50% more travel than the stock platform.

Each pair is engineered as a driver and passenger side-specific matched set, meaning Carli invested the additional engineering time to ensure precise ride height balance and consistent performance side to side. The springs are shot peened to increase fatigue life, pre-set to prevent settling, and finished with a powder coat for corrosion resistance. The heavy-duty wire diameter provides the strength and load-bearing capacity required by the heavier diesel drivetrain while still offering a softer rate than factory springs for better bump compliance on rough roads and off-road terrain.

These coils serve as the foundation of many Carli suspension systems, including the Starter, Leveling, Commuter, Backcountry, Performance, and Dominator packages for the 2010-2013 platform. They also fit long-arm-equipped 2003-2009 Ram 2500/3500 diesel trucks, where they provide 3 to 3.5 inches of lift due to the extended travel capability of the long-arm geometry. For Hemi-equipped trucks, Carli offers the lighter-rate CS-DMRC-03-H coils instead. These springs are a coil-only component and do not include shocks, track bar, or sway bar hardware - those items are sold separately or as part of a complete Carli system package.
