Fitment Notes

• This is the Front RIGHT (Passenger Side) rotor only. The Front LEFT (Driver Side) rotor is Brembo 09.A665.13 - both must be replaced as a pair for a complete front axle service.
• Fits only CTS-V and Camaro ZL1 models equipped with the factory 6-piston Brembo brake system and 370mm front rotors. Does NOT fit Camaro SS, Camaro LT/V6, or standard (non-V) Cadillac CTS - those applications use smaller rotors (321mm or 345mm).

The Brembo 09.A665.23 is the front right (passenger side) Prime UV Coated floating two-piece brake rotor engineered as a direct OEM replacement for the 2009-2015 Cadillac CTS-V and 2012-2015 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1. These high-performance platforms leave the factory equipped with Brembo's 6-piston front calipers and the large 370mm rotor package - and this rotor is the exact OEM-equivalent replacement for that system. The floating two-piece design pairs a high-carbon cast iron friction ring with an aluminum hat, reducing unsprung weight and allowing the ring to expand and contract freely under heat, which significantly extends rotor service life and reduces the risk of thermal distortion under demanding driving conditions.

The full UV coating - covering the entire rotor surface including internal venting channels - provides immediate corrosion protection and eliminates pre-install prep. This rotor is a side-specific part: the passenger side is 09.A665.23 and the driver side is 09.A665.13. Both are required for a complete front axle replacement. For optimal braking performance, Brembo recommends pairing this rotor with Brembo NAO/Ceramic or Low-Met brake pad formulations.
