Product Description

The Boundary 2ZZGE-S1 is a Stage 1 billet gerotor oil pump assembly for the Toyota 2ZZ-GE 1.8L engine -- covering the 2000-2006 Celica, 2001-2006 Corolla T-Sport, 2003-2006 Matrix XRS and Pontiac Vibe GT, and 2004-2011 Lotus Elise. The 2ZZ-GE's factory oil pump is the limiting factor in high-revving builds -- Boundary's proprietary gerotor profile delivers greater volume than the OEM unit and has been flow-tested to 12,000 RPM, making it suitable for naturally aspirated builds that push the engine to and beyond its factory redline.

Every assembly is completely disassembled before shipment, ultrasonically cleaned, hand de-burred, blueprinted, and re-assembled with Loctite on all fasteners, anaerobic sealant on critical surfaces, and assembly lubricant applied to all rotating components. Stainless Torx fasteners replace the OEM mild steel hardware. An optional Billet Steel Backplate and MartenWear Dual Heat Treat (for 13,000+ RPM applications) are available at checkout.
