Product Description

The Bilstein B8 5160 remote reservoir shock brings serious control and cooling capacity to lifted Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks running a 2-2.5" front lift. The external reservoir increases oil capacity and shock travel over a standard monotube design, keeping performance consistent even under sustained off-road abuse.

A 46mm digressive piston with self-adjusting deflective disc valving delivers velocity-sensitive damping tuned specifically for this application, while a unique 360-degree swivel banjo hose fitting keeps the reservoir line routing clean and low-profile. Zinc plating and Triple-C-Technology coating protect against corrosion for long-term durability.

Backed by Bilstein's lifetime warranty to the original purchaser, this shock is a direct bolt-in replacement -- no fabrication required to run a true reservoir shock on a lifted Super Duty.
