The BBK 4043 Power Plus Series shorty tuned length exhaust headers are engineered to extract maximum performance from your 2016-2024 Camaro SS 6.2L LT1 V8. These headers deliver 10-15 rear wheel horsepower gains over restrictive factory exhaust manifolds through their optimized 1-3/4" CNC mandrel bent primary tubes that provide unrestricted exhaust flow. The tuned length design improves exhaust scavenging for better combustion efficiency, translating to increased horsepower, torque, and improved throttle response. Constructed from 16-gauge steel tubing with 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges, each header is robotically welded and pressure tested to ensure a leak-free fit. These headers install as a direct bolt-on replacement and work with the factory mid pipe or any aftermarket cat-back exhaust system.
