Product Description

The ATS Diesel 301-900-3104 Deep Aluminum Transmission Pan is a direct bolt-on upgrade for 1989-2010 Ford F-Series Super Duty trucks equipped with E4OD, 4R100, or 5R110 transmissions behind the 7.3L or 6.0L Power Stroke diesel. Adding 5 extra quarts of fluid capacity over the factory steel pan, it dramatically lowers transmission operating temperatures - the primary cause of failure in these transmissions under heavy towing, hauling, and hard-use conditions.

Cast from heavy-duty aluminum with machined cooling fins, the pan sheds heat far more efficiently than stock. A pre-tapped 1/8" NPT sensor bung allows easy installation of a transmission temperature gauge for real-time monitoring, while the magnetic drain plug captures metallic wear particles to protect internal components. Everything needed for installation is included, making this a straightforward upgrade for any Powerstroke owner serious about extending transmission life.
