The ATS Diesel 204-930-2164 PulseFlow 3-Piece Exhaust Manifold is a direct bolt-on upgrade for 1994-Early 1998 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 trucks with the 5.9L 12-Valve Cummins engine. Its independently cast 3-piece design is the key advantage - each section expands and contracts during heat cycles without stressing the others, completely solving the cracking and gasket failure that is chronic on stock 12V manifolds.

Built from D3 High Silica Moly cast iron with a black ceramic finish, this manifold delivers long-term durability under heavy towing and high-EGT conditions.
