The ARP 403-4302 is a Custom Age 625+ head stud kit engineered specifically for the Toyota G16E-GTS engine found in the GR Yaris and GR Corolla. At high boost levels, the factory torque-to-yield head bolts are a known weak point - they stretch under load and cannot be reused. This ARP kit addresses that directly, using CA625+ alloy that delivers a minimum 270,000 psi tensile strength, making it the strongest material in ARP's production lineup and significantly more capable than both 8740 chromoly and ARP2000-grade fasteners.

Installation is direct-fit with no machining required.
