Product Description

The ARP 216-6301 Connecting Rod Bolt Kit is engineered specifically for the Renault 2.0 L 16-valve F4R/M9 engine family. Whether you're rebuilding a high-rpm street car, preparing for turbo/boost upgrades or entering competition, the factory rod bolts may be a limiting factor. This kit replaces them with ARP2000® alloy bolts, designed to maintain clamping force and resist stretching under severe load.

Installation requires removing the stock rod bolts, cleaning threads, applying the included assembly lube, and torquing to specification as outlined in the instruction sheet. With this upgrade, engine builders and racers can benefit from enhanced rod-cap retention, reduced risk of rod fastener failure and improved longevity in tuned Renault 2.0L 16V applications.
