The aFe POWER 46-20310SSC is a BladeRunner OER Series cold side charge pipe coupling and clamp kit engineered specifically for 2017-2025 Ford Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Power Stroke Turbo Diesel. It directly replaces the factory rubber couplers that connect the cold side charge pipe to the intercooler - couplers that commonly crack, harden, or shrink over time, causing intercooler boost leaks that rob power and trigger boost-related fault codes. This kit restores a fresh, tight seal using 5-ply polyester reinforced high-temperature silicone that is far more durable and tear-resistant than the OEM rubber.

Premium stainless-steel SmartSeal clamps are included to ensure even clamping force and a secure seal that holds under boost pressure, vibration, and thermal expansion. Unlike aftermarket replacement couplers that use generic hardware, the SmartSeal design maintains consistent clamping load over the life of the part.
