The aFe Vulcan Series Cat-Back Exhaust System (49-36080-P) is a purpose-built cat-back upgrade for the 2025 Toyota 4Runner 6th Generation in both standard i-FORCE turbo and i-FORCE MAX hybrid configurations. Constructed from 2-1/2 IN to 3 IN mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel and 100% MIG-welded in-house, it delivers dyno-proven gains of up to +4 HP and +5 lb-ft torque over the factory system. The tubing diameter steps up from 2-1/2 IN at the inlet to 3 IN toward the outlet to maximize exhaust velocity and flow as gases expand through the system.

A distinctive feature of the Vulcan Series is its acoustically tuned expansion chamber, which gives the system a deep, throaty character typically associated with more highly modified builds. The 4 IN diameter polished 304 stainless steel tip with laser-etched aFe POWER logo provides a premium visual upgrade at the rear. Installation uses factory flange and hanger locations with all hardware included - no cutting or modifications needed. A black tip variant (49-36080-B) is also available for those preferring a darker finish.
