Fitment Notes

• Must be used with original 1959-1964 stock spindles. Installing with drop spindles will cause fitment, geometry, and alignment issues and is not supported.
• Disc brake brackets must mount to the outside face of the factory spindle.
• Vehicles equipped with original power steering (assist cylinder style) require an additional bracket - Part #11059121, sold separately.
• Some vehicles with two rear upper control arms will require an additional StrongArm - Part #11066698, sold separately.
• Professional installation is strongly recommended due to the scope of this complete suspension conversion.

The RideTech 11060202 is a complete HQ CoilOver suspension system purpose-built for the 1959-1964 Chevrolet GM B-Body platform, covering the Impala, Bel Air, Biscayne, Brookwood, El Camino, Kingswood, Nomad, and Parkwood. Designed to transform these iconic classics from their factory suspension into a properly sorted, lowered, and high-performance chassis, this kit includes every major suspension component for a front-to-rear conversion - front and rear HQ Series coilovers, upper and lower StrongArms for both axles, front and rear MuscleBars, and an adjustable panhard bar. The HQ Series monotube coilovers use impact forged aluminum bodies and a rebound-adjustable damper with a top-mounted knob for easy under-hood tuning without needing to get under the car.

The front upper StrongArms feature corrected ball joint geometry with the upper ball joint repositioned rearward to increase caster adjustment range, delivering significantly improved straight-line stability and steering feel over the factory control arms. RideTech engineers the spring rates and geometry specifically for the B-Body platform, eliminating the guesswork that comes with mixing individual components. This kit requires OE stock 1959-1964 spindles - drop spindles are not compatible. Vehicles with the original assist-cylinder style power steering require an additional bracket (Part #11059121), and some cars with dual rear upper control arms will need an extra StrongArm (Part #11066698), both sold separately.
