The Garrett 739619-5004S GTP38R PowerMax Turbocharger is a high-performance upgrade designed for 1999.5-2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke engines. Featuring an 88mm compressor wheel, this turbo provides 33% more airflow than the stock 80mm wheel, significantly enhancing engine performance. The ball bearing cartridge ensures improved response and durability, especially at elevated boost levels.

With a maximum recommended boost of 40 PSI and an estimated power output of up to 590 horsepower, the GTP38R turbocharger is ideal for enthusiasts seeking substantial performance gains. The 4" ported shroud inlet reduces surge and improves compressor flow range, while the 1.00 A/R turbine housing allows for free-flowing exhaust, reducing backpressure and lowering exhaust gas temperatures by up to 200°F.

This turbocharger is a direct bolt-on replacement, compatible with factory intake and exhaust systems. For optimal performance, additional fueling upgrades such as a downloader, programmer, chip, injectors, and a fuel temperature gauge are recommended.
