Fitment Notes

• Rear position only - sold individually. Two units required for a complete rear axle replacement.
• Designed for 4WD models with 0-4 inches of suspension lift. Does not fit 2WD models.
• Does not fit the 2009+ Ram 1500 (DS body). Refer to Zone Offroad's separate shock listings for 2009-2018 and 2019-2024 Ram 1500 applications.
• Does not fit Ram 1500 models equipped with factory rear air suspension.

The Zone Offroad ZON7769 is a vehicle-specific Nitro Series rear shock absorber engineered for the 2002-2008 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD. Pressurized with 50 psi of nitrogen gas and featuring 10-stage velocity sensitive valving, it delivers quick damping response with minimal aeration - keeping ride quality consistent whether you're running stock height or up to 4 inches of suspension lift. The Fluon-banded piston and full displaced valving design ensure smooth, controlled compression and rebound across all driving conditions.

Construction is built for durability, featuring a steel alloy body with dual welded ends, a 14mm heavy chromed shock shaft, and a matte black powder-coated finish. All required bushings and sleeves are included for a direct bolt-on rear installation with standard hand tools. Shocks are sold individually - two are needed for a complete rear replacement.
