Product Description

The Zone Offroad ZONF1223 is a 2.25" Adventure Series lift kit for the 2021-2023 Ford Bronco equipped with the HOSS 3.0 suspension package -- Ford's FOX Internal Bypass (IBP) position-sensitive shock system. The HOSS 3.0 shocks are tuned to deliver varying damping characteristics depending on where the shock sits in its travel. Standard strut spacer designs that simply push the shock further up into its travel can displace the shock out of its intended operating zone and degrade ride quality. Zone Offroad's solution is a combined top strut spacer and perch collar approach -- the perch collar preloads the spring from below rather than displacing the shock upward, lifting the vehicle 2.5" at the front while keeping the IBP shock working in its intended position.

The rear receives strut spacers for 1.25" of lift, leveling the Bronco's front-to-rear stance. Supports 37 x 12.5 tires with minor trimming -- 37s may contact the front body mount and rear inner fender through full suspension travel, and those areas must be addressed if using the full travel range. Does not fit Bronco Sport or Raptor. HOSS 3.0 equipped Broncos only. Includes enrollment in Zone Offroad's Factory Protection Plus warranty program. Backed by Zone Offroad's Shield Lifetime Warranty.
