The Zone Offroad ZOND5802 is a 1-inch front bumper spacer kit designed specifically for the 2025-2026 Ram 1500. When a lift kit is installed and larger tires are mounted, one of the most common clearance problems on the Ram 1500 is tire-to-front-bumper contact during full steering lock - particularly at low speeds when maneuvering in tight spaces. Rather than trimming the bumper or limiting tire size, this kit solves the problem at the source by moving the front bumper forward 1 inch, creating the extra gap needed to clear larger wheel and tire combinations through the full range of steering travel. The spacers bolt directly to the factory bumper mounting points and require no cutting, drilling, or permanent modification to the bumper or frame.

Fabricated from steel and supplied with all extended mounting hardware, the ZOND5802 maintains the factory bumper position and alignment from the front of the truck - the 1-inch repositioning is subtle and does not visually alter the truck's front profile in a noticeable way. Installation is straightforward and involves removing the existing bumper mounting bolts, installing the spacers between the bumper and frame, and re-securing with the included extended hardware. This is an important note regarding compatibility: this kit is designed for Ram 1500 models equipped with the standard two-piece front end - a separate lower trim piece/fascia beneath the headlights.
