The Zone Offroad ZONC2354 is a 3.5" Adventure Series lift kit built for 2019-2024 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD trucks that want more than a basic leveling kit. At the core of the system are cast ductile iron upper control arms that replace the factory arms outright, using an indexed ball joint cup to correct operating angle and unlock significantly more suspension travel than the stock components allow.

Front lift is achieved through a combination top-mount and preload strut spacer setup, which delivers the full 3.5" of height without overextending the suspension or driveline at full droop - a common shortcoming of kits that rely on a top-mounted spacer alone. In the rear, cast 2" lift blocks and heavy-duty U-bolts level the stance to match the front, and optional weld-in steering stops are included to support the larger wheel and tire combinations this kit makes possible, with clearance for up to 35" tires.

This kit is designed for Silverado and Sierra 1500 owners who want genuine off-road capability - improved articulation, ground clearance, and a more aggressive stance - without sacrificing the factory ride quality and handling the truck was built with. It's not a fit for every 1500 trim: Denali, High Country with ARC, Trail Boss, and AT4 models are excluded, and mono-leaf rear suspension trucks aren't compatible, so confirming your exact trim before ordering is important.
