Fitment Notes

• Install the included 1/4" spacer on AT4 and Trail Boss trims to reach the full 1.75" lift
• Do not install the 1/4" spacer on AT4X or ZR2 trims - leaving it out keeps these trims level at approximately 1.5"
• Tires wider than 295mm cannot be run on factory wheels due to steering knuckle clearance
• Not compatible with models equipped with Adaptive Ride Control (ARC)
• 2022 and later models equipped with Super Cruise have not been tested with this kit

Product Description

The Zone Offroad ZONC1174 is a 1.75" leveling kit purpose-built for the off-road trims of the 2019-2026 Chevy Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 - ZR2, Trail Boss, AT4, and AT4X. Unlike a basic strut spacer kit, this system pairs a 3-piece top-mount and preload strut spacer design with high-strength Adventure Series upper control arms, which increase suspension travel and correct the ball joint geometry issues that come with reusing the factory control arms on a leveled truck.

Because these trims don't all sit the same from the factory, the kit is tuned differently depending on application: AT4 and Trail Boss models use the included 1/4" spacer to reach a full 1.75" of lift, while ZR2 and AT4X models - which already ride higher - skip that spacer to land at a level stance around 1.5". Steering stop extensions are included to maintain correct steering geometry at the new ride height, and the kit clears up to 33-34" tires depending on trim and wheel width.

This is a good fit for Silverado and Sierra 1500 off-road trim owners who want a more aggressive, leveled stance and bigger tire clearance without giving up the factory ride quality or handling these trims are known for. It's not compatible with Adaptive Ride Control (ARC) equipped trucks, so confirming your exact trim and options before ordering is important.
