The Zone Offroad ZOND8311 is a complete upper ball joint master rebuild kit engineered as a direct replacement for the ball joints pressed into Zone Offroad's D2301 upper control arms on 2006-2020 Dodge and Ram 1500 4WD trucks. Unlike generic replacement ball joints that require shimming, grinding, or modification to fit aftermarket control arm housings, the ZOND8311 is dimensionally matched to the D2301 arm's specific bore and geometry - ensuring a precision press fit, correct stud height, and proper articulation angles right out of the box. When your Zone Offroad UCAs begin showing signs of wear such as clunking, vague steering, or abnormal tire wear, this kit lets you rebuild the arms to like-new performance without replacing the entire control arm assembly.
