The Zone Offroad ZONF29 HD Radius Arm Upgrade Kit is engineered to improve strength, suspension geometry, and caster alignment on lifted Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks. When a suspension lift is installed, factory radius arms can limit caster adjustment and reduce handling stability. These heavy-duty replacement arms restore proper axle positioning while improving durability for off-road and towing applications.

Each arm is built from high-strength 1/4-inch boxed steel that is internally gusseted and fully welded to withstand extreme loads and off-road abuse. Large greaseable polyurethane bushings help isolate road vibration and allow smooth suspension articulation while maintaining long-term durability.

Designed as a direct bolt-in upgrade, the ZONF29 kit installs in the factory mounting locations and features a cam-slot adjustment system with offset cam washers. This design allows precise caster correction for trucks running between 2.5 and 6 inches of suspension lift, helping maintain proper steering feel and improved handling after lifting the vehicle.
