The Zone Offroad ZONF2300 Adventure Series Upper Control Arm Kit is designed to improve suspension performance and durability on 2004-2020 Ford F-150 trucks equipped with leveling kits or suspension lifts. Factory control arms can limit suspension travel and affect alignment geometry when lift components are installed. These heavy-duty replacement arms correct those issues while providing additional strength for demanding off-road use.

Constructed from fully welded plate steel with a boxed design, the arms deliver significantly greater rigidity compared to factory components. Each control arm features a CNC-machined indexed ball joint cup that repositions the ball joint to improve alignment angles and suspension travel on lifted applications. Greaseable heavy-duty ball joints with protective caps help prevent contamination and extend service life.

Preinstalled OE-style rubber bushings ensure quiet operation and maintenance-free durability while maintaining a comfortable ride. Designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade, the ZONF2300 control arm kit installs in the factory mounting locations and works with leveling kits, Fox coilovers, or 6-inch suspension lift systems to improve suspension articulation and reliability on lifted F-150 trucks.
