The Zone Offroad ZONC86LN is a 2-inch Loaded Strut Leveling Kit for the 2007-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD. Unlike budget leveling solutions that stack spacers on top of the factory struts - a method that displaces the factory spring position, alters upper strut bushing angles, and often degrades ride quality - the ZONC86LN takes the right approach: it replaces the factory struts entirely with Zone Nitro pre-assembled loaded struts configured to deliver exactly 2 inches of front lift. Because the Nitro struts include a new coil spring, strut body, and upper mount in a single pre-assembled unit, there is no spring compressor required, no factory strut disassembly, and no risk of the install compromising the upper strut mount bushing that spacer kits can stress. The result is a leveled front stance that rides like a factory setup - or better - because the Zone Nitro damping tune is calibrated specifically for these platforms.

The 2-inch front lift eliminates the factory nose-down rake common to Silverado and Sierra 1500 4WD trucks, which from the factory are set lower in front to accommodate the added weight of the front differential, axle, and 4WD drivetrain. Leveling creates a flat, aggressive stance and increases front ground clearance for larger tires - Zone's recommended combinations run up to 285/70R18 or 285/70R20 (trimming may be required depending on specific wheel backspacing).
