The Yukon YY F900662 is a forged steel pinion yoke built specifically for Ford 9" differentials with Daytona-style pinion support and a 28-spline pinion. As the connection point between the driveshaft and the pinion gear, the yoke sees constant torque and rotational stress - forged construction gives it a strength advantage over cast or billet alternatives, particularly in higher-horsepower or heavy-load applications common to Ford 9" builds.

This yoke is purpose-built for the short Daytona pinion support design, uses a Spicer 1350-series U-joint, and retains with an outside snap ring - u-bolt style. Because the Ford 9" comes in numerous case, pinion support, and spline configurations, confirming that your differential is specifically the Daytona-support, 28-spline type is the key step before ordering; a 35-spline version of this same yoke is available separately for higher-spline builds.

This is a yoke only - it doesn't include the U-joint, bearing caps, or bearing straps needed for a complete driveshaft connection, so plan to source those separately if you don't already have compatible ones. Installation involves removing the driveshaft and old yoke from the pinion shaft, a straightforward job for anyone comfortable with basic driveline work.
