The Yukon Gear & Axle YDGD44-3-30-1 DuraGrip limited-slip differential is a fully assembled, rebuildable carrier designed for Dana 44 axles with 30-spline shafts using 3.73:1 or lower gear ratios - perfect for applications using thick-cut gear sets. Built with forged chromoly spider gears, composite clutch plates, and a nodular iron case, this unit delivers durable and consistent traction enhancement across various terrain and driving conditions. It is pre-drilled for multiple bolt sizes but may require Yukon's YSPBLT-027 adapter when mounting to 3/8" bolt-pattern gear sets.

Compatible with vehicles from mid-1960s through 2017 - including Jeep Wrangler JK, CJ, Ford Bronco and F-series, Chevrolet/GMC trucks, International Scout, Dodge Ramchargers and more - the YDGD44-3-30-1 offers smooth engagement and improved traction without the harsh driveline effects of a full locker. Yukon recommends using conventional GL-5 gear oil with included friction modifier for optimal performance and longevity.
