The Yukon Gear & Axle SK CSF8.8 Crush Sleeve Eliminator Kit is engineered to replace the traditional crush sleeve setup in Ford 8.8" and 7.5" rear differential assemblies with a precision machined solid spacer and shims. Crush sleeves are designed to deform to set pinion bearing preload, but that deformation can make consistent, repeatable adjustments difficult - especially during gear setup and rebuilds. This eliminator kit removes that variability, allowing for controlled and accurate preload with a durable solid spacer.

Constructed from high-strength steel and tailored for Ford 8.8" and 7.5" differential housings, the SK CSF8.8 kit simplifies assembly and increases the reliability of pinion bearing setup. It's particularly useful in performance builds, rebuilds, and custom gear installations where precision matters. By removing the crush sleeve and using a solid spacer/shim system, you get more predictable preload and easier differential serviceability.
