Product Description

The Yukon YHCC-F9.75 Hardcore Differential Cover is a heavy-duty replacement for the factory stamped steel cover on Ford 9.75" rear differentials. Built from thick-walled ductile nodular iron, this cover absorbs trail impacts without cracking, providing serious protection for ring and pinion gears, lockers, and axle shafts. The added wall thickness increases housing rigidity and reduces flex under high-torque loads from towing, hauling, or off-road driving.

Contoured interior surfaces channel fluid toward the pinion bearings for improved cooling, while the magnetic drain plug captures metallic particles to extend gear life. The black powder coat finish resists corrosion and UV damage, and the stainless-steel accent plate adds clean styling. Installation is a direct bolt-on using the included high-strength fasteners. This cover fits all Ford 9.75" rear differential variants across the 1997-2017 F-150, 1997-2013 Expedition, 1998-2014 Navigator, and other Ford platforms. Gasket or RTV sealant required and sold separately.
