The Wiseco K549M87AP is a high-performance forged piston kit specifically made for the Nissan VG30DETT 3.0 L twin-turbo engine used in the 1990-1996 300ZX. These pistons are crafted from high-strength 2618 aluminum to handle the extreme loads of a turbocharged setup.

With a -9.0 cc dished crown, the compression ratio is deliberately lowered to ~8.5-8.9:1, making them ideal for boosted applications where detonation resistance is critical. The strutted design adds rigidity under load, while the ArmorGlide® coating reduces friction and improves longevity.
