Product Description

The Wiseco K640M875 is a high-performance forged piston kit engineered for turbocharged 2.3 L MZR DISI engines found in MazdaSpeed 3 and MazdaSpeed 6 models. Constructed from strong 2618 aluminum, these pistons withstand extreme thermal and mechanical stress, while the ArmorGlide® coating minimizes friction and piston noise for smoother operation and improved longevity.

The -13.3 cc dished crown provides a balanced 9.5:1 compression ratio, optimized for boosted applications without risking detonation. Offset wrist pins and advanced skirt design ensure proper balance and sealing across the RPM range, improving engine efficiency and durability under high performance conditions.

Installation requires maintaining a deck clearance of ~1.0 mm. Minor adjustments to oil squirters may be necessary to prevent piston skirt contact in high-boost setups. This kit includes all components needed for a complete piston upgrade, making it ideal for performance rebuilds or turbocharged engine enhancements.
