The Wilwood 120-16566 is a UTV6 universal 6-piston forged aluminum caliper in Type III hard anodized finish, designed specifically for the demanding requirements of UTV, side-by-side, and off-road applications. The ASM-generated body design combines forged construction with a differential bore piston configuration (1.12"/1.12"/1.00") to deliver progressive, balanced pad loading across the full 6.36 sq. in. pad face - increasing braking force and improving feel compared to conventional single-bore designs.

At just 3.2 lbs., the UTV6 is compact and lightweight enough to minimize unsprung weight in UTV applications without compromising stopping power. Stainless steel pistons with anti-knock back springs maintain consistent pedal feel across rough terrain where suspension articulation can cause piston retraction in conventional calipers. The universal lug mount allows flexible positioning for any front, rear, left, or right application on an 8.75" centered mount. Designed for thin 0.25" rotors with diameters up to 11.25", making it compatible with both OEM rotor dimensions and custom UTV big brake setups.
