The Wilwood 140-17690 TX6-DM Big Brake Truck Front Brake Kit is purpose-engineered for 2023 and newer Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks in 4WD configuration. The TX6-DM designation indicates a direct-mount caliper - eliminating the separate bracket found on the TX6R system and providing a cleaner, more rigid connection directly to the OEM factory disc spindle. With a massive 8.70 in² piston area from its triple differential bore design, this kit delivers the highest clamping force in Wilwood's truck brake lineup.

Paired with 15.00" GTB vented iron rotors featuring a 48-vane GT slotted face, the kit is built for sustained severe-duty use including heavy towing, hauling, and commercial workloads. BP-Q ceramic-composite pads with 12.69 in² of contact area provide aggressive, fade-resistant friction even under prolonged high-heat conditions.
