The Wilwood 140-8992-DR TC6R Big Brake Front Kit is designed for **1999-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500** trucks and SUVs that are equipped with 6-lug hubs and upgraded to larger wheels and tires. This high-performance front brake kit pairs Wilwood's heavy-duty TC6R six-piston radial-mount calipers with large 16.00" vented drilled & slotted rotors, delivering significantly increased stopping power and heat dissipation compared to stock brakes - ideal for heavy vehicles, towing, and high rotating mass applications.

The red powder-coat finish enhances corrosion resistance, while the high-friction BP-10 pads provide confident brake bite and fade resistance under load. Designed for use with 20" or larger wheels, this kit maintains compatibility with the original ABS and master cylinder systems, retaining OE braking behavior while adding performance. Although brake lines are not included, the radial-mount brackets and hardware make installation straightforward on compatible GM 1500 series front spindles.
