Made from a proprietary high-strength steel alloy, it delivers reliable braking performance in environments where temperatures stay in a low-to-moderate sustained range with occasional high-heat spikes - exactly the profile found in quarter-mile drag racing and short track competition.

The dynamic float mounting system is central to this rotor's design. Machined mounting slots allow the rotor to expand and contract freely under heat without transferring stress to the hat or hub, eliminating warping and premature wear. A compatible Wilwood dynamic mount hat or slotted plate is required for proper installation. This rotor is sold individually and is not intended for street use.
