Product Description

The Wilwood 140-12837-DR is a Forged DynaPro 6 Big Brake Front Hub Kit for 1979-1988 GM G-Body vehicles and 1982-2002 S-10, S-15, and Isuzu Hombre pickups with the factory disc spindle. The DynaPro 6 forged billet calipers provide an intermediate-level step up in braking capacity over Wilwood's smaller kits -- a meaningful upgrade for traditional non-ABS spindle muscle cars and trucks that are pairing this brake conversion with wheel, tire, and suspension upgrades.

The 12.19" SRP drilled and slotted rotors are finished in black electro coat with a 32-vane vented design for improved cooling and pad cleaning. Forged aluminum hubs are multi-drilled for both 5x4.50" and 5x4.75" bolt patterns, and ship complete with bearings, races, seals, billet hub caps, and 1/2"-20 Grade 8 studs. Minimum wheel diameter is 15" -- verify clearance using Wilwood's wheel clearance diagram before ordering, as spindle modifications may be required on some applications. A brake line kit (220-7056) is required and sold separately. This kit covers the front axle only; the rear brake type remains drum and is not included. Manufactured in Camarillo, California.
