The Wilwood 140-11291-R D52 Front Caliper Kit swaps in forged red dual-piston calipers for GM vehicles originally equipped with single-piston D52 front brakes (1968-1996). Designed for cars and trucks using 1.04" thick rotors and OE disc spindles, this bolt-on kit improves braking force and pedal responsiveness without altering master cylinder balance or brake bias.

Featuring stainless steel pistons, high-temperature BP-10 pads, and corrosion-resistant hardware, this kit delivers reliable street and occasional track performance. The kit installs directly over factory rotors using OEM 7/16-20 banjo fittings, and requires minimal modifications. Wheel clearance should be verified - most OEM wheels with adequate space around the caliper will work without issue.
