The Wilwood 140-12569 D154 Pro-Series Rear Park Brake Kit provides a high-performance disc conversion with integrated parking brake - ideal for vintage GM pickups and SUVs. Featuring forged dual-piston floating calipers and one-piece 12.19" rotor/drum discs, this kit offers strong braking and reliable mechanical parking holding power.

Designed to replace rear drums on Chevy/GMC C10 pickups (1971-1987) and compatible Blazer, Suburban, Jimmy, and Vans through 1991 (with matched 2.42" flange offset), this kit requires minimum 16" wheels. It bolts directly to OE spindles using the standard 5x4.5" or 5x4.75" lug pattern. Note: wheel clearance and flange measurement must match; not all 16" rims fit.
