The Wilwood 140-17541-DR Rear Dynalite Parking-Brake Disc Kit converts the rear drum brakes of 1988-1998 Chevrolet/GMC C1500 / Silverado / Sierra 1500 trucks to a disc brake setup, while preserving a functional parking brake. Featuring 12.19-inch drilled & slotted rotors, forged 4-piston red calipers, and high-performance BP-10 pads, this kit delivers enhanced stopping power, reduced fade, and improved heat management.

Installation uses factory rear axle flanges and mounting points. An included cable adapter lets you retain the stock parking brake cable (with modification) so the parking brake function is maintained. The kit requires at least 15-inch wheels and matching axle offset (3.25 in) for fitment. Ideal for restomod or performance builds where rear braking performance, aesthetics, and parking brake capability matter.
