Product Description

The Whiteline KSB608 is an adjustable front strut tower brace for the 1979-1985 Mazda RX-7 SA22C (Series I, II, and III). The SA22C's unibody flexes under cornering loads, causing the front strut towers to move independently and degrading the geometry that determines steering response and handling balance. The KSB608 ties the two strut towers together with a polished aluminum alloy bar, significantly reducing that flex and allowing the suspension to maintain the alignment angles and spring rates it was set up to deliver -- the result is noticeably sharper turn-in, more precise steering response, and improved feedback through the wheel.

The adjustable design accommodates variation in strut tower width and allows the brace to be properly tensioned on installation. End brackets are powder-coated steel for corrosion resistance. Quick release clamps (KSB790) are available separately for owners who regularly remove the brace for engine access. Bolt-on installation with no drilling or welding required.
