Product Description

The Wehrli Custom Fabrication WCF100410-RED is a Stage 1 intercooler pipe bundle designed to eliminate two of the most common failure points on the 2020-2025 GM 6.6L L5P Duramax - the restricted OEM 2.5" two-piece driver side pipe and the leak-prone two-piece plastic/rubber passenger side pipe. The kit replaces both with heavy-duty 14-gauge mandrel bent aluminum pipes: a 3" one-piece driver side pipe that removes the factory resonator and middle boot joint, and a 3.5" passenger side pipe fitted with a CNC machined black anodized billet aluminum adapter and double O-ring seal for a boost-leak-free connection at the intercooler outlet. Both pipes feature smooth aerodynamic bends for maximum airflow efficiency and reduced turbo lag.

Reinforced silicone boots and stainless steel T-bolt clamps replace the OEM clip ring design at the Y-bridge connection, providing a far more secure seal capable of handling elevated boost pressures without blowing out. The full assembly is finished in WCFab Red custom powder coat and handcrafted in the USA. Installation requires only basic hand tools with no tuning necessary. Bundled together, this kit saves $25 compared to purchasing the hot and cold side pipes individually.
