Product Description

The Wehrli WCF100268-GB is a fabricated aluminum OEM-placement coolant tank kit for 2020-2025 Chevrolet and GMC 2500HD/3500HD trucks equipped with the 6.6L L5P Duramax. It replaces the factory clear plastic coolant reservoir with a durable aluminum unit finished in Gloss Black powder coat, mounting directly to OEM factory points with no modifications required. An integrated sight glass makes checking coolant level quick and easy, and the included serviceable low coolant sensor is a significant improvement over the OEM tank where the sensor is non-serviceable and requires replacing the entire tank when it fails.

The kit ships complete with a CNC-machined black anodized billet aluminum cap, overflow hose, low coolant sensor, and all installation hardware - everything needed for a clean, bolt-on install with basic hand tools. Made in the USA by Wehrli Custom Fabrication, the WCF100268-GB is a direct replacement for GM part numbers 23394082 and 84622147, and supersedes WCFab's earlier WCF100679.
