Product Description

The Wehrli Custom Fabrication WCF100684-GW is the Stage 2 intake kit for the 2020-2025 GM 6.6L L5P Duramax, providing the air intake side of the complete Stage 2 upgrade. The high-flow 4" fabricated aluminum intake pipe and oversized 4" intake horn - over one inch larger than the OEM diameter - replace the restrictive factory plastic components to significantly increase pre-turbo airflow for improved horsepower, torque, and throttle response. The enclosed 10-gauge aluminum air box draws cold air through the functional hood Ram Air duct and inner fender, lowering intake temperatures and reducing heat soak. A seal is included for the Ram Air port connection, and a removable lid makes filter maintenance straightforward.

An Outerwear's hydrophobic pre-filter cover protects the MAF sensor, turbo, and engine airways from contaminants, while the included high-quality silicone hump boot and stainless steel T-bolt clamps ensure a durable, leak-free connection. The full assembly is finished in Gloss White custom powder coat and built in the USA. No tuning is required - this kit is a direct bolt-on for stock L5P trucks.
