Fitment Notes

• Designed for custom fabricated high-flow intercooler piping and aftermarket turbo kit builds requiring a 3.5" silicone boot and T-bolt clamp connection at the stock intercooler outlet
• NOT compatible with the OEM passenger-side cold side intercooler pipe or WCFab WCF100530 Passenger Side Intercooler Pipe - those parts already include the correct CNC machined flange and double O-ring seal for direct intercooler outlet connection
• NOT compatible with High Flow Bundle Kits that include the WCF100530 pipe
• Connects to OEM or aftermarket intercoolers that use stock clip ring style connections at the outlet

The Wehrli Custom Fabrication WCF205-190 is a CNC machined billet aluminum beadroll adapter flange designed for builders running custom high-flow intercooler piping or aftermarket turbo kits on 2017-2019 GM 6.6L L5P Duramax trucks. It installs on the passenger-side (cold side) outlet of the OEM or compatible aftermarket intercooler, converting the factory slip/clip ring connection to a precision machined bead roll joint. This allows a 3.5" silicone boot and T-bolt clamp to be used at the intercooler outlet - a connection style that provides a far more secure and boost-resistant seal than the OEM clip ring design for high-performance builds.

Machined from solid billet aluminum with a black anodized finish, the WCF205-190 includes O-ring seals and a new wire retaining clip for proper retention and a leak-free fit. This part is intended strictly as a fabricator component for custom intercooler pipe and turbo kit builds. It is not a replacement for the OEM cold side intercooler pipe, and is not compatible with the WCFab WCF100530 Passenger Side Intercooler Pipe or any High Flow Bundle Kit that already includes a correctly configured CNC flange for direct intercooler outlet connection.
